The Sales Force Automation solution is the suite module for optimising the collections of orders from tablets, thus facilitating and speeding up sales processes, both during the executive and strategic phase. The back-end tool allows you to plan and monitor the agents’ activities in a geo-localised way, create and distribute catalogues in a profiled manner and manage order flows and approvals of extra discounts required by the sales force.
The APP for mobile devices on the other hand allows the agent to organise their own activities entirely, both when with the customer (guided order collection, virtual payments and insight-analytics) and also during the preparation and prospecting phases, thanks to the use of the agenda, the to-do list and integrated maps.
